Admission

   There shall be written test followed by an interview for admission to any class except for the Nursery Class.
  Selection will be strictly on merit, subject to the availability of seats in each class.
   The decision of the school authorities regarding registration and admission will be final.
   There is no specific syllabus for the Entrance Examination.
   But test will be conducted according to our school standard based on knowledge of the previous class.
   Children of catholic- Christian minority community shall have priority in obtaining admission.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  The Academic year begins in March and ends in February.
   Admission to the various classes shall be opened to only nursery to 9th irrespective of class, creed or race. However the school Authorities and the Principal reserve the right to refuse admission to a student who in their opinion is not or will not be able to cope up with the studies and syllabus in our school or if the student is of poor health or character which would affect his/her or other’s studies and character; in all such cases the decision of the school authorities and the Principal is binding and final. Registration of a child does not guarantee admission, it only means that the child is entitled to appear for an entrance test and interview, after which the school authorities and the Principal will decide whether admission is to be given or not.
   Students are usually admitted only at the beginning of the school year. A minimum of three years of age is a must for seeking admission to the Nursery classes.
   Those who seek admission to classes other than K.G. Section will have to bring the school leaving certificate from the school last attended but will be placed in the standard most suited as decided by the Principal. Birth certificate from the Municipality/Hospital duly attested should be produced at the time of admission. No affidavit will be accepted. If it is found that a false birth certificate has been produced to obtain admission, the candidate will be barred from studying in this institution. Date of birth as shown in the birth certificate once registered cannot be altered on any account.
   Parents/Guardians are asked to fill in the admission form with the utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted there after for any reason whatsoever.
   No student will be admitted without a prior test and interview, except for the Nursery classes.
   The admission procedure will be completed only after submitting the necessary documents and depositing the required fees. Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of admission within 3 days and the seat will be allotted to the next child in the waiting list.
   Fee once paid will not be refundable.
Withdrawal and Dismissal
Students can be withdrawn or removed from school as under:

  By giving one current month’s notice in writing. In absence of such a notice one month’s fee will be charged.
By the school authorities on any one of the following grounds
   Constant weakness in studies.
   Irregularity in attendance.
   Behaviour Problem
   Over-age in any class.
   Moral breach considered serious by the school committee.
   Non-payment of the fees or chronic irregularity in payment.
   Students who get married before completing the 10th class.
  Moral turpitude.
   Indulging in any kind of criminal activities punishable under state laws.
   Eve-teasing.
   Any kind of Ragging.
   Use or abuse of any drug as prohibited by laws.
   Causing obstruction to the smooth functioning of the school.
   Drug peddling
   Causing shame or insult to the name and fame of the school, management or staff.
   Insanity in the school.
   Parents causing damage to the prestige and good will of the school.
   Student or parent who uses unfair means to influence or entice the management or office staff.
   Parents who participate or cause to happen any type of Protest or Darna against the interest of the school or they themselves participating in any such activities.
   Wilful negligence or disobedience to the school rules and regulations.

  
1. No school leaving certificate will be issued without a written application from the parent/guardian after the payment of all dues to the school.
2. Prior to the withdrawal of a student from the school a month’s notice or payment of a month’s fee is required.
3. As a rule students who are dismissed from the school will not be re-admitted.
4. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, bad conduct or sickness liable to be injurious to other students, justify dismissal.
5. The Principal’s decision shall be final in all cases of dismissal or withdrawal.
6. A child who uses unfair means or receives or gives assistance in any form during tests will be given zero in the subject and repetition of the same fault will result in dismissal of the student from the school.
